Rentals

We are located in McHenry Illinois at 5603 Bull Valley Road. The building has ample free parking and a variety of meeting and special event areas to accommodate groups from small to large. In addition, the church can provide audio/visual equipment as part of your rental agreement.

When necessary, a facility host will be on hand during the course of your event to assist you with facilities and equipment needs.

Sanctuary
Our spacious Sanctuary (seating capacity 100) with additional seating available in the adjoining Fireplace and social Rooms, provides an attractive, welcoming space for weddings, receptions, dances or lectures. The rooms can be configured to meet your seating and reception needs for up to 200 people.

Fireplace Room
A smaller, more intimate space that can be arranged with chairs in rows or a circle, or with round or long tables for small classes, meetings, and events.

Clock Room
The Clock Room is separated from the Fireplace Room by the Fireplace itself. Holding groups of up to 15 people, it provides a warm space for meetings and is conveniently adjacent to our coffee station.

Commercial Kitchen
Our fully-equipped commercial kitchen is accessible and comes complete with:

  • Eight-burner, two oven commercial gas range
  • Large commercial refrigerator
  • Restaurant-style commercial dishwasher
  • Multiple sinks

We can also arrange for your use of cooking and food preparation pans and equipment as well as dishes, flatware, and glassware.

Classrooms
We have a variety of smaller and larger classrooms available for groups up to 15 people. Our Youth Room has a large window, a fireplace and is decorated with comfortable chairs and couches. Our nursery has a changing table, rocking chairs, and plenty of age-appropriate toys.

Outdoor Spaces
We have a large open space with a concrete pad that is appropriate for outdoor events up to 200 people. With advance notice, we can provide a sound system. Renters must secure proper permits for outdoor events.
