Charles Troy’s “Making A List: The Secular Songs of Christmas” show is a perfect kick off to the Christmas season program and tells the story of how 13 popular secular Christmas songs were created while painting a vivid picture of America during the mid-20th century.
During this 90-minute multi-media presentation, the audience will learn how the following Christmas season songs were created: “White Christmas,” “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas,” “Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow!” “Here Come Santa Claus,” “I’ll Be Home For Christmas,” “Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire,” “Rudolph The Red-nosed Reindeer,” “Silver Bells,” “Frosty The Snowman,” “Winter Wonderland,” “All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth,” I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus,” and “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town.”
