We invite you to join our shared mindfulness practice. Together we sample different exercises to bring deeper awareness to our daily lives and to explore our connection to others and to all Life.
Group practice is a supplement to living mindfully. Whether you join us or not, please consider taking time to gift yourself with periods of stillness and gratitude. Such a gift to yourself is always a gift to others… and ultimately, to the web of life.
