Mindfulness re- zooms with some added choice :
Each practice will be divided into two 30 minute segments with the option of joining or leaving on the half hour. If a half hour is enough for your “tune-up” this will help accommodate your practice. Each segment will have different exercises but will be shuffled each week, so if you only attend a half hour, over the weeks you can still sample different practices.
