Community Care Committee
The Community Care Committee’s purpose is to develop, implement and monitor a process of communication and service that will facilitate our members caring for each other in times of need and sharing joyful milestones of their lives. Our action: receive word of member’s joys and concerns; coordinate volunteer member Helpers to meet the needs presented; keep records to assure that there is follow-up if needed; coordinate pastoral care needs with our minister and make our services visible to the congregation. The Committee meets quarterly but is always open to inquiry. Contact Karen Meyer, Chair.

Member Development
The Membership Development Committee publicizes the church, welcomes visitors and follows up with visitors. It works with the minister to set up orientation classes for those who want to continue along the path to membership and special worship services in which we welcome new members. The MDC meets on the third Thursday of most months. Contact Marc Stettner.

Communication & Technology Team
The Comm/Tech Team helps the congregation communicate effectively by providing the tools with which we communicate, the policies that help make our communication consistent, clear, and caring, and the support to help us learn to use them well. The committee is intentionally made up of a combination of editors and writers, along with “techies” who help create and maintain our website and social media presence. If you’d like to help us communicate more effectively with each other and with the world, contact Ryan Broussard or the office.
