Chili Cook Off and Raffle FUNdraiser
Saturday, May 6, 2023, 5-7:30pm Get Ready for a Smokin’ Hot Good Time.
Dust off those chili recipes and enter your best into the competition. Our discerning Chili Judges will be crowning the Chili Most Majestic that night along with many other winners. You will decide on The People’s Choice award winner with your votes (because we believe in the value of democracy).
But hang onto your cowboy hats because we will also be offering entertainment by our own rock star, Ken Johnson aka Roy “Chili Bean” Rogers, while you test taste the competition or just enjoy as many bowls of chili and dessert as you can handle. There will be fun for the whole family.
How much is this going cost you? Admission is what you would pay for a great night out. So if a great night out is fast food and a movie or a five-star restaurant and the Lyric Opera, you pay that. Admission comes with a door prize ticket, 5 voting beans, entertainment, ticket for one non-alcoholic drink, and dinner. You can buy additional beans for voting and we will be selling raffle tickets for some awesome prizes you can take home that night. Best of all, 20% of the money raised will go to Compassion for Campers and the rest will help fill our budget gap.
