Mindfulness program is adding a practice of movement and breath on the 2nd Monday evening of each month at 7pm beginning October 14. The sessions are 45 minutes. Together we’ll focus on simple qi gong, louhan, and tai chi exercises. All movement is easy and can also be performed while seated. M.E. Tanabe will lead this program for all bodies. You do not need to register for these sessions. Just show up. There is no charge.
