Volunteer for a Great Cause

7:15pm-8:45pm

Join our Coming of Age Youth as they volunteer at Feed My Starving Children (FMSC). We will meet at 742 East Park Ave., Libertyville, IL 60048 in the parking lot to pack nutrition boxes as a group at 7:00pm. You will turn hunger into hope with your own two hands. FMSC offers volunteers a one-of-a-kind experience. You’ll hand-pack rice, soy, dried vegetables and a nutritionally complete blend of vitamins and minerals into bags which are then sealed, boxed, placed on pallets and shipped to incredible partners who distribute the food to children who need it around the world. At the end of our shift, we’ll know exactly how many meals we packed and how many children we will feed!

Students 8th-12th are welcome; chaperones will be provided.

Students grades 3rd-7th are welcome, too! Please make sure your student has an adult caregiver (one caregiver for up to three children).

To ensure the safety of our volunteers, staff and the food we pack, please do not volunteer if you have any new or unexplained symptoms indicative of contagious illness or food-borne diseases.

Visit Feed My Starving Children for more information and to answer all your questions.

RSVP required! Email learn@treeoflifeuu.org to reserve your spot.
