Members of the congregation have expressed to desire to do antiracism work this year. To explore possibilities for what effective antiracism work might look like, members of the TOLUUC Board have been reading How to Be an Antiracist, by Ibram X. Kendi, and plan on having a group discussion about the ideas in the book on Tuesday, October 27 at 7:00 pm. The Board would like to welcome any interested members of the congregation to read the book and join the discussion. If your schedule does not allow time to read the book, you are still welcome to attend the discussion and participate in the exchange of ideas.
