4:00 pm – 6:30 pm (6 pm “midnight” toast)

Our theme is Diamonds & Demin. We encourage you to dress up (although not required) and join us in our “Viennese Ballroom.” Sue McCowin will show us how to waltz and we will have music for you to practice your waltz (followed by other dance music).

Celebrate New Year’s Eve in Vienna with us on December 31, 2023. We will begin at 4 pm with a potluck of finger foods (appetizers & desserts) and punch. We will celebrate at “midnight” (Vienna time) at 6 pm (Chicago time). The party ends at 6:30 pm in time for you to attend other events or settle in to watch the ball drop at home.

Bring a small bite appetizer or dessert to share. We will have punch (and sparkling apple juice for a New Year’s toast). Donations of bubbly are welcome or BYOB (bring your own bubbly – mind our alcohol policy*).

Watch for an email requesting volunteers to help with setting up/cleaning up and food to share.

*You may bring your own bubbly, but you are responsible for ensuring that it is not shared with minors.
