Embracing Possibility: Annual Fire Communion Ceremony

What does it mean for us to be people of imagination, hope, and possibility during uncertain and difficult times? Let us embrace and hold both reality and possibility together. During this Sunday’s worship service, we will participate in our annual fire communion ceremony, a practice of letting go and setting new intention as we begin 2026.

  • Speaker: Chaplain Dave Becker
  • Worship Leader: Sue McCowin

All ages are invited to participate in this service. After the service, everyone is invited to stay for coffee (and juice) and conversation. Our Coming of Age Youth Group will meet 12-2:000pm as will our small group ministry for parents of adolescents. Inquirers for newcomers Unitarian Universalism in Action will also meet 12-1:30pm.
