Too Much Grit

You can watch the sermon recording here.

There are many invitations to self-care and resilience. Sometimes self-care may feel like another thing on our to-do list. When we try and persevere to take care of ourselves and everything/everyone else that needs our attention, we are practicing Grit. But resilience is not the same thing as grit; “resilience is how you recover, not how you endure.” Let’s explore types of recovery. How do we pause? How do we relax? How do we engage? How do we lead?
