Calling all potluck participants!
Our next potluck is November 12th, which also happens to be Diwali. Diwali is the Hindu festival of lights with its variations also celebrated in other Indian religions. It symbolizes the spiritual “victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance”. Our Fellowship spaces will be decorated for Diwali and our sanctuary will be full of lights for the Charles Troy “Secular Songs of Christmas” Show. Consider bringing a dish that fits the Diwali theme. Regardless of what you bring, filling out an index card indicating possible allergens or the ingredients is very appreciated.
